Stryder's dam Woodbridge Robin is by Silver Minstrel one of only 7 Silver Minstrel mares left breeding.  Yarranoo Pivot's dam Tara is also the dam of Silver Minstrel. We believe this is some of the best Campdraft breeding you can find, Tara is the strength in our mare line.

Cloncurry Stockmans Challenge - In our first trip to Cloncurry Jeff and Stryder rode to the Judge's instruction and scored 74 dry work & 77 in wet work missing out on the final by a few points. Jon-Maree and Stryder made the final of the ladies campdraft with a score of 84, but took a tough one in the final! As always Stryder drafted well, with speed and softness after cattle, we look forward to breaking in his first crop of foals nex year.

Styder placed 1st in the under 5 yrs & Open draft sections at the NW Branch ASH Plainsman's challenge on 22nd May 2005 with a score of 88.  Again this young horse demonstrates speed and natural cattle sense to win the draft section against over 80 other competitors both in the under 5 yrs, and Open campdraft tying with Allan Young on Acres Liberty Beau.  Stryder has had 16 campdrafts runs for 14 completed courses.  In anyone's terms this is an outstanding result given this young stallion is still only 4 years of age.  Note: all placegetters in the draft section both u 5 yrs & open were by Acres Destiny.

Styder placed 1st in the 4yrs Darling Downs ASH Branch Challenge at Dalby 2004 Scored 88 working section and 81 in the campdraft to win the overall 4yrs Challenge event. The photo above was taken in the Campdraft section by photographer Narelle Wockner.

Breeding Information

Stryder has been crossed over our Condor fillies with two foals on the ground in 2004, both good types. Stryder's dam Robin is by the outstanding Sire Silver Minstrel.   Robin is also multiple campdraft winner and dam of Glenmore Pship Expression sold for  $30, 000 at Dalby 2002, Glenmore Pship Actress sold for $23 000 Dalby 2003, Glenmore Pship Date with Destiny, Glenmore Pship Jag sold at Dalby in 2004.  Stryder will be crossed over all our Condor fillies, the resulting progeny will have a double cross of Tara which we believe is the strength in our mare line.
