Bearpark Kit - Sire Ahwahnee Sage, Dam My Topaz (Medallion mare) 16 year old Bay Mare 14.2 h LOT NO 390

Kit has won and placed in campdrafts, bred 4 outstanding types of foals. My Topaz was runner up novice horse of the year ABCRA & won and placed in 25 drafts. Kit has placed in pony club events and is being prepared and ridden by our 10 year old daughter Shaine.

Doondi River   : Sire Glenmore Pship Stryder Dam : Ahwahnee Cascade Brown Yearling Colt   -  S O L D

River has some of the best of our genetics in a complete package of type, athleticism and temperament.  Ahwahnee Cascade is by Ventry out of Denmark Glide.  This horse has Young Valis on both sides of his pedigree through the well known Yarranoo Bangles and Yarranoo Tara refer to article on Foundation Mare Tara.  Ahwahnee Cascade won and placed in campdrafts with Jon-Maree Baker (pre children), Stryder is continuing to perform well his progeny are athletic types with excellent trainable temperaments.  This young colt is an outstanding type and with these bloodlines should excel in any horse sport.  Will mature 15h.  SOLD 27/3/08


Doondi Knightly : Sire Ahwahnee Condor Dam: Barella Cygnet 2 year old Brown Gelding. 14.3 3/4 h

Knightly was broken in and turned out.  Will be in work from March onwards.  He is a quiet gelding and is a good type.  His two full sisters have been sold at Dalby for an average of $7500.  His full yearling brother is also offered for sale.  Barella Cygnet has foaled again with a lovely type of filly foal. Doondi Cleo : Sire Ahwahnee Condor Dam: Terlings Whitney. Bay Mare 6 years
Cleo has been used by us as a work horse for the past few years, bred to Stryder we have retained a bay gelding out of this lovely mare.  Sold to Jodi Tiver WA we look forward to seeing how this mare progresses in Polocrosse. Cleo's Dam Terlings Whitney by Terlings Stud Stanley Stirling out of Terlings My Fair Lady.  Whitney was an A Grade Polo mare and successful as a teenagers Pony Club mount.  Sold to WA for polocrosse.

Glenmore Partnership Stryder : Sire Acres Destiny Dam : Glenmore partnership Robin.  Black Colt 5 years

Stryder was broken in and trained by Jeff for the Snaffle bit cutting at the NCHA futurity Tamworth.  Following this he won and placed in challenge events before being sold.  We wish the new owners all the best, Doondi has retained a 1/4 semen share in Stryder.

Doondi Solitare Sire Ahwahnee Condor   Dam: My Topaz 15h Brown Mare 10 yrs
Solitaire was used as a work horse for contract stock work for 4 years and then bred to Glenmore Partnership Stryder, she slipped the foal and was brought back into work.  Solitaire placed in her first campdraft at 4yrs running an 89 at Narrabri Show has placed in 3 drafts from limited starts.  Her dam was runner up Novice horse of the year ABCRA, My Topaz was a open campdraft winner campaigned by Peter Manchee.  Progeny by Ahwahnee Condor are performing well in campdrafting, polo and polocrosse.  Solitaire has a light mouth and with the amount of work she has had is an educated mare ready to go on and perform, has been stick and balled for polocrosse.  Sold to Terry and Josh Saul Quirindi for polocrosse.

         

 

Doondi Jewell   - Sire : Ahwahnee Condor Dam: Ahwahnee La Madeline
Jewell is a 2 year old full sister to Doondi Sapphire winner of the horse of the Carnival at the 2006 Polocrosse nationals.  This mare was broken in last month and is currently turned out.  She exhibits all the same characteristics of her sister, athletic with some attitude.  This mare will excell in any horse sport Polo or Polocrosse.  She will have speed and stop to spare.  For sale now only due to a change in business structure.  For sale SOLD to Glennys Mcaliaster Rockhampton
